Children: Families welcome.  Due to the layout and design children under eight are not recommended in any of the water villa categories. There is a babysitting service available, as well as 2 childrens clubs: CoolZone children's club for 3-12 years olds with weekly fun activities, and the ChillZone club for 8 - 16 years olds with a host of games. 

Transfers: JA Manufaru is a 70 minute seaplane transfer from Male International Airport.

Diving: With the guidance of an experienced PADI Dive team explore some of the most exquisite dive sites and marine life. Comprehensive diving courses offered for all diving levels from shallow house reef dives to more advanced dives around the atoll.

Watersports: Complimentary non-motorised watersports with qualified instructors for guidance and refresher courses. A variety of motorised watersports are also available on a chargeable basis. 

Spa: Providing a sophisticated collection of treatments for anti-aging, deep-hydration, mental clarity and relaxation with treatments using essential aromatherapy oils.

Excursions: Tailor made experiences are available including fishing trips, dolphin watching, sunset boat cruises, local island tours, castaway experiences, private beach dinners and cooking lessons.

Check In/Out: Check in time 2pm and check out at 12 noon. Late check out is subject to availability and chargeable.

Meal arrangements: Stays at JA Manafaru are on a bed & breakfast, half board, full board or all-inclusive basis. 

Dining: There is a choice of seven restaurants and dining options. White Orchid Lounge offers Asian fusion set over the Indian Ocean, Ocean Grill has a beachfront setting and serves fresh local seafood and grilled meats and The Cellar is a completely unique wine cave with a vintage selection of fine wines, Kakuni serves an international buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Infinity Pool and Bar serves salads, sandwiches and appetizers all day, Andiamo bistro is set around the main pool and offers laid back Italian food including pizzas, fresh pastas and salads and Barefoot is a seasonal pop-up bar which can be found in Kakuni Garden. Guests can also choose to dine in the comfort of their own villa or enjoy a private dining experience in one of the bespoke venues around the island. 

Accommodation
In all villas and suites guests will be provided with a complimentary welcome drink, complimentary Wi-Fi, dedicated suite host, in-suite private bar, selection of tea, Nespresso machine, a Bodum kettle, daily water and fresh fruit platter, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, home theatre system, personal safe, pillow menu and a portable phone with IDD. Children under the age of eight years old are not permitted in over-water accommodation.

Beach Villa with Private Pool: Dotted throughout the island's lush vegetation and just a few steps from the beach sit Manafaru’s Beach Villas which are elegant, discreet and private. Villas feature a king size bed and a state of the art open-air bathroom leading onto a sun deck with a private plunge pool. They also offer a spacious living area which opens onto a private deck area complete with outdoor seating which is just a short stroll to your own private beach cabana. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child. (200sqm)

Sunrise/Sunset Water Villa with Infinity Pool: Perched over the Indian Ocean facing either the sunrise or sunset, these villas feature a king size bed, a living area with glass-panelled floors to view the exotic marine life below and a partially open-air bathroom with I-Spa bathtub. Outside there is a private deck complete with an infinity pool, over water hammock, seating area and steps leading directly into the lagoon. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child. (135sqm)

Ocean View Pool Villa: A spacious suite set within tropical gardens with a private cabana. The suite features a king size bedroom, a separate living room and an open-air bathroom with a rain shower and an I-Spa bathtub. The open-air bathroom leads out onto a private sundeck with an infinity pool and loungers. The suites are furnished with hand carved wooden furnishings. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child (400sqm)
