Dining at Ladera is a special experience with its iconic restaurant “Dasheene” set against the backdrop of the Piton’s. Dasheene serves guests fro breakfast, lunch and dinner. Executive chef Nigel Mitchell focuses on locally sourced ingredients, giving a fine dining twist to classic Caribbean cuisine.
Cap Maison Resort & Spa is set on a cliff at the most northern tip of the Islands. Designed with a Mediterranean influence which shines through with their white washed villa style buildings. The accommodation is spacious and extremely flexible depending on how many of you are travelling from one bedroom suites to three bedroom villa’s!
There are a variety of dining options available at Cap Maison from the Naked Fisherman beach bar and grill with their fresh seafood boils ( influenced from the southern states of the USA) to the fine dining of the Cliff at Cap- recently awarded by the Telegraph as one of the best outdoor restaurants in the Caribbean.
