Travel Insurance We do not sell travel insurance but we strongly recommend that you purchase a policy as soon as you book your holiday. We strongly advise that you check the policy covers you for any activities that you are likely to undertake whilst on holiday eg. water-skiing, windsurfing etc. Do not forget to disclose any medical conditions or you may find that your cover is void when you need it. If you are taking a sailing holiday, please specifically check that your policy does not exclude yachting, and permits you to sail offshore. If your travel arrangements involve connecting flights, either in the UK or Caribbean, we urge you to check that the policy includes adequate Missed Departure cover. (Check the policy wording carefully, many policies exclude internal flights) So that we can respond properly to any emergency we must be advised of your travel insurance policy number and 24 hour helpline in writing before you depart on holiday.

Please note, no surcharge will be added for payments made by personal credit or debit cards but a 2.5% surcharge will apply for payment by company card. We do not accept payment by American Express or non-UK bank card. We will process card payments based on the type of card advised by the client, however, we reserve the right to surcharge the client if the bank later charges the company.
