This modern, luxury ship was designed to take the Four Seasons resort experience to sea as a floating dive resort, sailing between the luxurious Four Seasons Resort at Landaa Giraavaru and the beautiful Four Seasons Resort at Kuda Huraa. The three-deck catamaran operates a series of 3, 4 and 7 night cruises around the most unspoilt atolls of the Maldives, providing a unique opportunity for its guests to explore uninhabited islands and dive on some of the best reefs in the world.
The 3 night cruise starts at Kuda Huraa in North Male Atoll and sails northwards to Landaa Giraavaru in Baa Atoll, while the 4 night cruise sails in the opposite direction with a detour into North Ari Atoll. The 7 night cruise starts and ends at Kuda Huraa, combining both of the shorter options.
The Four Seasons Explorer is a 129-foot catamaran with three decks, fully equipped with water makers, twin 788kw engines and the latest satellite communication systems. The ship has a crew of 24 and accommodation for 22 guests in 10 State Rooms and 1 luxury Explorer Suite. Accommodation on board is luxurious and on a par with the facilities and services to be found at Four Seasons resort ashore. All cabins are bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows and feature contemporary teak furnishings, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, sofa, minibar and flat screen LCD TV.
All meals are included with cruises on the Four Seasons Explorer, comprising of buffet or a la carte breakfast and daily changing menus for lunch and dinner using fresh ingredients. Guests can choose to dine in the air-conditioned dining room or on the open air deck. Drinks and refreshments are available throughout the day, with alcoholic beverages available at an extra cost.
The catamaran has two sundecks, a restaurant with indoor or outdoor dining options, a bar, library and a lounge. There is a fully equipped dive centre on board, with three dives included each day, usually two in the morning and one in the afternoon with the option to enjoy additional excursions. There is a range of other watersports available including windsurfing, snorkeling, waterskiing and kayaking.
The ship is also available for private charter.

Children: Children over 10 years old are welcome and those aged over 4 years old are permitted on private charters only.
Transfers: Guests take a seaplane to Four Seasons Resort at Landaa Giraavaru (30 minutes) or a speedboat to Four Seasons Resort Kuda Huraa (25 minutes) depending on which cruise option they opt for, where they then board the Four Seasons Explorer. Ship time is 1 hour ahead of official Maldives time.

Diving: Subject to weather and operational constraints, divers can expect 3 dives a day and the occasional night and sunrise dive. Certification is required. There is a 24-hour no dive policy for those traveling by air, including seaplane, after disembarking.
Meal Arrangements: Full board including complimentary hot beverages and bottled water.
State Room: Air-conditioned cabin with king or twin beds, en suite bathroom with WC, a bathtub with a shower and double vanity unit, picture windows, a couch, writing desk, telephone, a safe, DVD and CD player, TV and a minibar.
Explorer Suite: Spacious air-conditioned suite with a king sized bed, a day bed, indoor private dining area and spectacular forward facing views. Other amenities are the same as above.
