About Us

Holidays in the tropics - why choose us?

WE ARE NOT a mass market operator so you will not be one of a hundred clients trying to board the same plane going to the same resort or marina. We specialise in quality, tailor made holidays to long haul tropical destinations in the Caribbean and Maldives.

Independently owned and managed, we aspire to excellence - second rate is not tolerated by our staff, suppliers or in the locations we recommend - our reputation matters. The directors and staff have personally inspected every single hotel and resort that we feature and stayed in most of them - it's a tough job, but there are always plenty of volunteers to assist with site inspections! We have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Maldives, and literally hand picked the hotels and resorts to provide a good selection of quality accommodation to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

Our holidays can be tailored to suit your requirements - stay at several different atolls in the Maldives, spend a week sailing and a week at a hotel, laze your time away on a sun-kissed beach, or explore the Caribbean islands on one of our world class yachts - virtually any combination can be arranged, subject to a minimum length of stay required by some hotels.

Holidays without flights

If you have already booked your flights, we are very happy to sell you accommodation only, with or without a transfer. Please contact us for a quotation. For holidays without flights, as a member of The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), an Association approved by the Department of Trade and Industry, Tropic Breeze has provided a Bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992. This bond provides security for money paid over by customers in the event of Tropic Breeze's insolvency.

Value for Money

We aim to provide superb value for money. Our prices are based on scheduled fllights with the leading carriers including British Airways, bmi, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates and Sri Lankan Airlines. On a long haul flight we believe that the extra comforts and legroom count!

When comparing our prices with other operators, be sure to check that you are comparing like with like. For example, on a Tropic Breeze quotation for a 7 night holiday, means a full 7 nights in resort and an eighth night on an overnight flight home. Check the flight schedules too, - some carriers allow less time in resort and may involve long waits at an intermediate stop!

Special Offers

Many of our resorts and self catering accommodation offer free nights during the summer. For simplicity, we have included these offers within our prices. At times of weak demand additional special offers that offer superb value are available and these are updated regularly on the special offers section of our website.

Financial Security

Air Tour Operators Licence

When you book a flight inclusive Tropic Breeze holiday you'll have no financial worries and can rest assured that your holiday is 100% guaranteed financially secure. The air holidays and flights in this brochure are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority [ATOL number 5615]. We have lodged as substantial bond with the CAA and in the event of our insolvency you will be repatriated if already on holiday or receive a full refund if your holiday has not commenced.
