to discuss your preferred accommodation or yacht & choice of dates. It would be helpful if you could let us know the number of nights that you would like to spend in resort, your preferred dates of travel, airline and class. In order to obtain the best possible quotation, if you have any flexibility on dates, please advise us of the earliest date you can depart and the date that you must be back in the UK.
We will confirm availability, price and reserve the flight seats and accommodation if required. We cannot reserve charter flight seats without a completed booking form and deposit. You should then complete the booking form, which can be downloaded by clicking here. If you have difficulty opening the pdf file, you can download an html version here.
Please take care to ensure that all party members names are correctly spelt, with the correct first name, as it appears in their passport. This is important as subsequent changes will incur a cancellation charge. Send us the completed booking form and deposit, £250 per person for hotel holidays, or 35% for sailing holidays. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you book, to cover you against cancellation charges. For further information regarding travel insurance please click here.
Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice and travel notes.
The balance is due 70 days before your departure. The date will be specified on your confirmation invoice. Late payment will be treated as a cancellation. We do not send reminders.
You can pay us by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). We will make a charge of 2% for payments paid by credit card, but make no charge for debit cards.
Your tickets will be posted by first class mail about 2 weeks prior to departure to the address of the party leader.
