How to book

Booking your dream tropical getaway couldn't be easier. Whether you know where you would like to stay or need a little inspiration from our Caribbean and Maldives experts, just give us a call on 01752 880880 or drop us an email to info@tropicbreeze.co.uk and we will be happy to help!

All we need to know is...

1. Your intended number of nights that you would like to stay,

2. Your preferred dates of travel, airline and class.

We don't sell off the peg package holidays, so if you have specific requirements or something special in mind, we love to put together fantastic bespoke packages - the more information you are able to give us, the more we can tailor the holiday to suit you! We want to give you the best possible quotation, so if you have any flexibility in your dates and requirements, please let us know that too.

Once you have chosen your fantastic holiday, we will confirm availability, price, and reserve the flight seats and accommodation. We cannot reserve charter flight seats without a completed booking form and deposit, but don't worry, our lovely team of experts will guide you through the process from start to finish.

Booking Form & Deposit

The booking form will be emailed to you (you can find the link in any email you have received from our sales team) - when completing this please do make sure that all details are correct and that all party members' names are spelt exactly as they appear on the passports! This is vital to ensure that you do not incur any charges for making subsequent changes if needed. All you then have to do is send us the completed booking form along with your deposit - £250 per person for hotel holidays or 35% for sailing holidays. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you book, so that you are covered against any cancellation charges. You can find more information about travel insurance here. Once we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice and travel notes.

Payment

The balance of your holiday is due 70 days before your departure - we will specify the date on your confirmation invoice. We do not send reminders so please ensure that the balance payment is sent in time, as late payments are treated as a cancellation.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). There is no charge for payment made by debit cards issued by a bank in the UK and drawn on a UK account. Payment made by Visa or Mastercard credit card carries a 2% charge, payment made by Amex carries a 2.5% surcharge.

Tickets are issued and will be posted by first class mail about 2 weeks prior to your departure, to the address of the party leader.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
