Hosted by local, professional teachers, the course will guide guests each day through a schedule of invigorating activities and exercises, from guided meditation, to floating yoga on the sea, to cooking and bakery classes and even dance, music and poetry. Surrounded by likeminded guests, inspiring teachers, friendly locals, and the beauty of the tropical island, that weight on your shoulders will soon be long gone.

  • 4:30pm – Mixologist session at the bar
  • 8:45pm – “Sangha Night” Community evening

Day 4

  • 6am – “Rhythm of the Heart” Beachside yoga session
  • 10am – “Breath of Life” ” Yoga session
  • 11am – Raw cooking session in the Good Kitchen with chef
  • 5:45pm – “Love of Self” Yoga session
  • 8:45pm – “Loving Kindness Meditation” Guided meditation

Day 5

  • 6am – Sunrise beach walk

Day 6

Day 7
