Mango House, Seychelles

Mango House is a charming, boutique hotel overlooking Anse Aux Poules Bleues bay. This secluded bay in south-west of Mahé is known for its calm turquoise waters and is a superb spot to catch a stunning Seychelles sunset. Whether you are island hopping or looking for somewhere for a longer stay, this is an ideal place to relax, indulge and soak up some Seychellois hospitality.

Rooms & suites

Rooms and suites at Mango House are set in distinct multi-bedroom houses, all of which overlook a stunning, secluded bay. A range of suites give a real ‘home from home’ feel, with spacious living areas as well as comfortable ocean view bedrooms. We particularly like the Ocean Bedroom Ocean House with Pool, which offers simply stunning vistas from a private infinity pool.

Exciting dining options

Mango House offers an impressive selection of dining options, with four restaurants each offering distinct dining experiences. Guests can enjoy Japanese inspired cuisine and cocktails at Kokoye Lounge, Italian flavours at Muse and light lunches at Soley. Perhaps our favourite though is Moutya, which celebrates local Creole cuisine and invites guests to explore the flavours of the Seychelles.

Relaxation & experiences

Thanks to its secluded location, the beach at Mango House feels very private and offers the perfect place to relax. The bay is also known for its rich marine life, and is one of the best places on Mahé for snorkelling. During your stay, be sure to take part in the daily experiences on offer, from rum tasting and cookery classes to yoga and wellness activities. We would also recommend indulging in a treatment at the spa, which makes use of a range of local and natural products.

Our opinion

I love the setting of Mango House. The views over the bay are simply stunning and it is not really possible to access the beach unless you are coming from the hotel, which makes it feel very secluded and private.
