Laluna Resort is a romantic escape set on a hillside overlooking one of Grenada’s most secluded, white-sand beaches. The property takes pride in its beach-chic cottages which sit alongside its beach yoga pavilion, an Asian spa and an Italian restaurant, creating a unique fusion for a tropical holiday.
Laluna’s 16 one and two bedroom cottages, each with a private plunge pool, are strategically positioned within 10 acres of landscaped grounds to make the most of the ocean views and fabulous sunsets. Each cottage has a modern, open plan design and a unique style which blends Balinese, Italian and Caribbean design. Draped four poster beds dominate the spacious bedrooms, with French doors leading out onto a private veranda where you will find your private plunge pool. Partially open-air bathrooms feature a specially crafted shower which offers privacy while allowing guests to take in the beautiful views. Exclusive Italian bath products are on hand, an example of attention to detail that is the essence of this hotel.
Recent additions to the resort are the two stunning, luxury villas which are set on the hillside with unobstructed sea views. Each villa is contemporary and luxurious and has five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, veranda with dining area and loungers, and a private infinity pool. The villas can be staffed while guests also have full access to the facilities of the resort, offering the best of both worlds. The beach is just over 5 minutes' walk away down the hill, or accessible by a complimentary golf buggy. Find out more about the Laluna Villas.
Laluna’s restaurant and bar are contained in a variety of low thatched roofed buildings on the waterfront, overlooking the swimming pool and beach. The Sunset bar is comfortably furnished with daybeds and sofas making it a perfect spot for a sundowner. Seating a maximum of 36 diners, the restaurant has a casual, intimate atmosphere and serves a delicious range of local seafood and European specialities alongside an extensive Italian wine list. A new outdoor barbeque area allows guests to dine by the beach twice per week with surf and turn options available.
Complimentary activities at Laluna include watersports such as Hobie cat sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and access to snorkel equipment. There are also weekly outdoor movie nights and the hotel can also arrange golf, tennis and fishing, as well as diving trips including the Grenada Underwater Sculpture Park and packages which include PADI certification. The newest addition to the hotel's offerings is a 44ft private catamaran - guests can spend the afternoon cruising along the island's coastline, stopping to snorkel at the underwater sculpture park.
Laluna has wonderful spa and yoga facilities, with a yoga pavilion set directly on the beach offering free daily classes in a range of yoga techniques such as Hatha, Kindalini and Vinyasa. Balinese therapists provide a range of treatments at the Asian Spa which features two treatment rooms that can be converted to one single room for couple’s massages. The Tatami room allows massages to be done on the floor on a Tatami mat, which creates more stretching and foot pressure. The wet room, with a Vichy shower that gives the sensation of a rain shower, is used between mud applications and massages.
Laluna is a wonderful place to get married or spend a very special Honeymoon and the experts at Tropic Breeze would be happy to advise you of the choices available.

Laluna is a hidden gem located on the south west coast of this beautiful island. Italian owned and inspired, the resort offers beautiful cottages that cling to the hillside leading down to a peaceful, secluded beach. Food here is a delight with a mix of Italian dishes combined with local organic produce from the resorts kitchen garden, and the view of the beach from the restaurant is stunning.
Peaceful and tranquil, you can really find yourself here with a beautiful yoga pavilion overlooking the beach and an amazing Asian spa. The list of treatments is amazing and the therapists are true experts in their field. A wellness break is certainly the order of the day. A range of watersports is on offer as well as gym and mountain bikes for guest's use so options to be more access are available if preferred.
The cottages are either semi detached or detached and offer glimpses of the ocean, with unique styling offering a romantic feel. Highly recommended for those looking for a retreat away from the every day stresses and strains of life.
