Dine like a local at The Dodgy Dock

The Dodgy Dock is True Blue Bay’s restaurant and is a hotspot for guests and locals alike. Set over the water and offering panoramic views of the bay, diners can enjoy chilled cocktails with a great range of cuisine. There are regular theme nights which include a street food evening with live Caribbean party music and a Mexican night with Latin dancing. The Rum Shop Bar, is a stylish shack serving drinks and snacks, and guests can also enjoy the House of Chocolate Bakery, selling the most delicious range of treats such as cupcakes, brownies, milkshakes and ice creams.

Our opinion

True Blue Bay is a fun, family-run property with bright colours throughout, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Although not on the beach, this hotel has beautiful views looking out across the bay and you can easily visit nearby Grand Anse Beach if you wish. I loved the atmosphere of the Dodgy Dock Restaurant, and the sweet treats at the House of Chocolate bakery are too tempting to resist!

Room Types

All accommodation at True Blue Bay features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, cable television, telephone, WIFI, balcony or patio with furniture. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hair dryer, sink and toilet. Kitchenettes include an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini fridge.

True Blue Room

These rooms are either upper or ground floor, some near the Bay View Pool and some closer to the Beach Pool

Set in a secluded corner of the resort, these suites are right on the waterfront and are just steps from the Bay View swimming pool

True Blue Villas

The ground floor of these two bedroom villas features a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with shower and bathtub, and a second bedroom with either twin or king bed and an ensuite with shower. Both rooms open up onto a terrace providing easy access to the Beach Pool
Upstairs is a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a veranda with a private plunge pool.
